Good to know
Annex/Kyodo lots: free on weekdays; on weekends, holidays, and New Year, ¥1,000 for regular cars, ¥2,000 for microbuses, ¥3,000 for mid/large buses, free after 3pm (about 1,500 spaces, open 24 hours). Osawa and Toma lots: closed on weekdays, free on weekends, holidays, and New Year.
