ORANGE-zone carpool (4+) free with reservation + attendant verification; BLUE zones free reserved lots.
Reservations are required on weekends and peak periods until about 11:30am, in all lots. ORANGE zone is $20 or free with a 4+ carpool; BLUE zone lots are free but still need a reservation. After 11:30am, and on non-peak weekdays, parking is free and first-come, first-served.
