Parking is free but requires an Oregon Sno-Park permit at every lot. The Main lot does not use one-in-one-out when full — check the Conditions page or sign up for text alerts to know when it reopens. Oversized vehicles and RVs are directed to the Sunrise lot.
Oregon Sno-Park permit required at all Meadows lots (Main, Sunrise, HRM). $4/day, $9/3-day or $25/annual via ODOT.
