The private road to the plateau is open only before 9am and after 5pm, with a checkpoint at St. Valentin. Paid lots: P1 Spitzbühl costs EUR 15/day for cars (EUR 10 for motorbikes), and P2 Compatsch costs EUR 30/day for cars (EUR 15 for motorbikes, EUR 160 for buses). From late June 2026, online reservation is required (book up to 6 days ahead with your license plate). Parking is banned from 11pm–5am. When the road is closed midday, take the Seiser Alm cable car from Seis/Siusi instead. In shoulder seasons, when the gondola is closed, P2 costs EUR 15 for cars and EUR 80 for buses, and Spitzbühl is free.

Seiser Alm - Mont de Sëuc - Alpe di Siusi is in Seis am Schlern - Siusi allo Sciliar, Italy (Dolomites). Its base is at 1,017 m and its summit at 2,211 m, a vertical drop of 1,194 m. It's on the Dolomiti Superski and Ikon Pass. Parking is paid and needs a reservation. Seiser Alm - Mont de Sëuc - Alpe di Siusi hasn't announced its 2026–27 opening date yet. It typically opens around December 10.
