Free parking is available at five car parks along the access road (Carparks 1–3 are walkable to the base); a free shuttle runs between the carparks when operating (check the snow report). There's a drop-off zone at the base. The large carpark at the bottom of the road is for the Ski Bus only (booking required; no free shuttle from there). Carpool Priority days apply during peak periods. Premium Parking costs NZ$60 per vehicle per day for a limited number of reserved spaces (16/day) near the maintenance building — book online with your license plate and reverse in. General day lots remain free, first-come first-served.

The Remarkables is in The Remarkables, New Zealand (Southern Alps). Its base is at 1,610 m and its summit at 1,990 m, a vertical drop of 380 m. It's on the Ikon Pass and Mountain Collective. Parking is free and needs no reservation. The Remarkables hasn't announced its 2027 opening date yet. It typically opens around June 27.
